    AXE027

I'm trying to use the cable to download from Chromebook. Where do I find the download to change the cable's pid to the standard 6001? The links from the Picaxe site come up with a 404 error.

    Picaxe 18m surface mount boards.

I have a number of boards available. I'll let them go at 2 for a £1 plus postage.(excluding components) Please message me if interested. I will forward the wiring diagram after purchase. The board is a standalone with all the outputs available and can be interfaced with any sensor or op amp...

    Putting the XRF to sleep

Hi, The notes for the ERF/XRF does not state how to use the sleep pin(9) on the XRF module. If it needs to be enabled with an AT command via the ERF/XRF programming wizard, can someone please tell me how to perform this. Thanks.

Could this be done with a Picaxe?

Fantastic what can be done with a 2 line LCD display. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1xq8xJqbkNA

    Muscle Sensor with 18m2

EMG stands for Electromyograph which are the voltages generated from the neuromuscular system when a muscle contracts. The harder a muscle contracts, the higher the amplitude and frequencies generated by the muscles. An EMG picks up these voltages much in the way of an ECG machine picking up...

    Muscle Sensor with 18m2

I used an 18m2 with simple code to process the information from my EMG sensor. Works with any reliable RF link (I used the Picaxe ERF boards, which are power hungry but work without fail)to operate Robotics, motors and the sensor can be attached anywhere on the body. I am in the process of...

    XRF and ERF not chatting

I purchased a couple of XRF boards which work fine together, but when I try get them to talk to my ERF boards I can't even get the RX/TX led to pulse on the ERF's.(ERF to ERF is fine too) I have them all set to N2400 and the same frequency and have them 5m apart to prevent corruption. There is...

    18m2 SM

Are the surface mount chips 18M2 or 18m2+, as the ones I purchased only have the pic series number and not the Picaxe label. They were purchased from Rapid.

Slowing the serial data rate down

How do I slow the serial data rate down when transmitting between ERFs from a 18m2 to an axe133y? I'm talking about a delay between each character and not the baude rate. Thanks.

    PANID or similar

I am now on first name terms with the ERF modules and have decided to add to the family. Whats is a simplistic way to do a group identifier? I was thinking dip switches but am trying to keep the foot print small.

    ERF modules

Tested the Picaxe ERF modules using serial data and managed 400m from Tx to Rx across water. Best range is with the 868.3mhz as I tried different frequencies , but obviously need proper aerials for the 433mhz etc. Great little units.

    ERF module wizard

I am using the ERF wizard to change the baud rate to 2400. I managed after several attempts to do one module, but when I plugged the second ERF module in,(keeping the exact same settings) I keep getting the message: Starting ERF configuration... trying 9600 baud.... Entering command mode. Failed...
