Trouble with Keypad alarm

Hello there - my kids want to do some 'fancy' intruder alarms. I have used the manuals to get a keypad working so a 4 digit pin activates a laser and mirror/ldr setup. (not the best arrangement - having looked on the forum, but kids will be kids!) Anyhow I would like to use the same 4 digit code to reset the alarm when the owner comes back. Must be some 'IF's and 'AND's somewhere. Used the standard scanning code for the keypad, which if the 4 digit code is correct -goto a routine. Any help appreciated - still tryin to get my head round this picaxe craziness, cheers

There is a keypad alarm datasheet here http://www.rev-ed.co.uk/docs/chi008.pdf also the code I posted here might prove useful http://www.picaxeforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=11102.

It uses sub routines so that I only need the keypad entry code once and can then be used for arming/disarming and even reprogramming the alarms code using "go sub"
