Temp Control

hi guys, am a newbie with Picaxe and was wondering if anyone could point me in direction of making a precision temp controller for an egg incubator. What sensor should I be looking at?. As far as precision is concerned am wanting 0.2 celcius or better. Would certainly appreciate any help or pointers anyone can give me.
