SPI and i2c Tutorials

While doing my usual trolling of the Internet, I cam arcoss a couple of SPI related tutorial.
While not PICAXE related (one is related to PIC microcontrollers), there have previously been questions about the existence of an SPI tutorial so here are a couple verbatim.

Not my own work but at least one site has a warning that they could be removed at any time so here for the future . . . .

Some repetition as can be expected but hopefully of use to those interested in SPI communications.
