SimAxe controller question!

Hi all!
While visiting an old sim site notice someone finally did a picaxe controller called SimAxe using a 28X2 !

Problem is that there is NO info due to the pictures, programs and links are not available.
Would like to try to make it work with my old failed sim!
Maybe revive it using picaxe

Anyone knows who did this controller?

Sorting out parts to start Building on a breadboard and 28x2 to start test to comunicate with sim software!

I have all of the files sitting around here somewhere!
To be honest, I tried to start this as a community driven project, but it never really took off.
While it does work, I believe the arduino is a bit faster as it runs true native code.

If I could figure out how to run native code on the picaxe thou, the picaxe would clobber it!
let me know if you want to take a peek at the files?

Be cool to see someone else run with it, as I'm way to busy these days with SimTools 2.0.
I just really wanted a project everyone could build easily as a first electronics project (as it super simple to build)!
