problems with flowchart

My flowchart keeps forgeting the subs and i have to keep rebuilding them, also after zooming in and zooming out, the text which was inside the boxes is now outside the boxes and the flowchart has stopped working. The only way i can make it work is to keep rebuilding parts of the flowchart.
Can anyone shed some light on this problem.

I am using a P4 3.2g 1g memory xp pro with sp2.
prog editor ver 4.1.6
