PIC to PICAXE chip

Hi,

I am newer at PIC and PICAXE, usually i am use AVR.
If I purchase the PIC18F45K22 (PICAXE-40X2) from Mouser/Digi-key/etc is mean already PICAXE system inside? If no, it's possible we make a PIC microcontroller to be a PICAXE? Maybe purchase the license from PICAXE

If you purchase a PICAXE 40X2 then it will have the PICAXE system inside and you can use the free programming software.
If you purchase a PIC18F45K22 then you will NOT be able to use it as a PICAXE and you will NOT be able to program it with the free PICAXE software.
It is extremely unlikely that you will be able to purchase the license because that would equate to purchasing the business.
