not valid windows 32 application

I have downloaded the programming editor to my computer (windows vista). When I click on "PICAXE Programming Editor" I get this "C:\ProgrammingFiles\ProgrammingEditor\progedit.exe is not valid win 32 application
Please tell me what am I doing wrong.

Have you tried to un-install and re-install the software?
Also, make sure that you don't have a corrupt and truncated download file (to be sure, just download it again). Good luck!
