I'm doing a similar offer, for Brit schools.
I'll be spring-cleaning and decorating soon, so I need the room.

I've built up an assortment of bits, including:

Logic chips/ passives/ LED's/ cables/ steppers / half-built projects /
various things to hack including a Real Robots chassis.

Some it is “car boot quality”, but, a lot of the small components are unused,
and still in the wrapping.
I think they'd be perfect for a school electronics club.

I'll be putting together one or more “lucky bags” over the next couple of weeks.

Perhaps we should have an AXEBay.
I've got boxes of bits similar to ec's collection I imagine.

I've even got an ancient SL486, probably the best (cheap) IR pre-amp ever made.
Almost an antique.
