Making a schematic in EagleCAD?

When I follow a tutorial on how to make a schematic in EagleCAD, I am supposed to use the "Add" button, when I do, no parts come up, am I supposed to download a "library" of parts?

Note: I am not making a 3D PCB, simply a schematic, I will later turn into a .brd file

Should delay for about 5 secs then come up with a huge list. If not, maybe this was a bad install?

Have a look in this directory - are there lots of files? C:\Program Files\EAGLE-5.0.0\lbr

We're up to version 5.3.0 and the lbr file (that the good Dr mentioned above) should be about 30MB. Mine takes a while to appear the first time, but subsequent 'add's open very quickly.
