M2 Memory types and amounts

I am trying to get an idea of what types of memories the M2 chips have and how many bytes of each there are but am having a bit of a problem doing that. The 8 page M2 product breifing was a bit confusing to me on this subject as well as pages 153 (peek) and 157 (poke) of manual 2 version 7.7 and I searched "M2 MEMORY" and found nothing within the first 5 pages returned so I hope some of you or Technical can help.

This is what I have so far:
RAM....
All M2 except 08M2 have 512 bytes RAM of which 28 bytes are the general purpose RAM (b0 - b27). 08M2 has 128 bytes of RAM of which 28 are the general purpose bytes.

EEPROM....
All M2 chips have 256 bytes.
The 08 and 18 share theirs with the program memory. The 14M2 and 20M2 have separite non-volitile memory areas.

Scratch Pad....
The M2 chips have no scratch pad memory.

If any of you can confirm / correct this info, please do.
