Honeywell HIH4000-001 humidity sensor SEN008 - which way round?

Looking at the data sheet for this sensor, I can't make out from the diagram on p4 of the data sheet which way round are the +ve and -ve connections. I don't want to fry this expensive component so can anybody tell me how to identify the +ve from the -ve? Looking at the photo below, is +ve on the right or on the left as you look at it?

I realise that. What I am not clear about is what side of the sensor that diagram is looking at. I am fairly sure that +ve is on the right on the diagram (and my photo) but for a £30 component I want to be more sure than "fairly".

Oh, sorry, I didn't realize both sides have a window, I thought one side was plain.
