GPS configuration to axe210 board

Can anyone help

I have just purchased a pic axe board, the axe210 used fo either the x bee communication device or GPS. I have decided to use picaxe to GPS configuration where i would like to retrieve infomation from the GPS to tell me my coordinates which will be displayed on an LCD.
I am confused regarding the apropriate picaxe instructions to use and how to implement them into my programme.
the GPS module is the locsense ls-40eb if that helps.

can anyone give me any pointers

Don't know anything about the locsense GPS module you have, or for that matter the AXE210.

If the Locsense has NMEA data output, then it is a simple case of using SERIN at 4800. You'll have to work out if T or N is required.
