FAT filesystem modules other then OpenLOG or ALFAT?

Hi all.


Are there any other choices out there OTHER then the ALFAT module from GHI or the OpenLOG module from Sparkfun?

I have tried both, and am happy enough with the OpenLOG module, but have dropped the new ALFAT module due to constant issues trying to get it to work.

...unlike their earlier uALFAT module which worked great...

So, just wondering if there are any other FS modules I have not seen, but some of you may well know about, that I should also research.

If your happy enough with the OpenLOG, why change? Its difficult to beat for ease of use and price.

Yes, I was wondering that too, if your 'happy enough with the OpenLOG module' why is an alternative needed ?

OpenLog does not support long filenames or directories - something that I do use from the days of uALFAT(now discontinued).
