Programming Editor 4.1.4, Save as ASCII Text.
Whenever a source file is saved, an extra blank line is added to the end of the saved file. The file grows on every save, even if no editing is done.
This means source files have to be processed to remove trailing blank lines before they can be copied to a web site or used in other documents, and if a file has been saved enough times, the file can't be used because the Programming Editor says it's too large to open ;-)
Rather strangely, that very same 'too large' file can be opened if that file is already named in the File Menu's Most Recently Used list.
