Editor printing

Once upon a time when I printed out a program from the Editor it put the line numbers down the left hand side of the printout.
Now it does'nt and I cant find out how to turn the feature back on.
Any clues.

Does it work with the following?

View --> Options --> Editor --> Display Line Numbers

The editor displays the numbers on the screen but does not print.

And, under Text Mode, do you have Colour Syntax selected? If I select Plain Text, line numbers also do not print.

Thank you for the prompt replys.
But I am an idiot the printer ran out of black ink with no warning.
Usually the ink gets faint as it runs out not this time just nothing.
