I found an 'Instructable' for the LCS-1M here: https://www.instructables.com/LCS-1M-A-Full-Featured-Low-Cost-Hobby-Oscillosc/ , which says it has moved to http://dpscope.freevar.com/ That name sounds slightly more familiar - perhaps the software is the same? Perhaps @womai is the person with the actual answer?
