I have an Amazon Fire which is an Android based tablet. In order to install new applications, I need to go to the Amazon market. I can not use the Google market. I have been able to install non Amazon market applications if I can get the software installer apk. Where can I find the Picaxe apk? Has anybody else had success installing the Picaxe forum application on the Amazon Fire? If so, how did you do it? Thanks in advance for your help.

I got the Picaxe Forum application running on the Amazon Fire.
The Amazon Fire cannot get applications from the Google marketplace. But if you can get the APK file, you can install many applications. I found the Picaxe Forum APK file from the following search:
