3 Volt version surface mounted

Looking for a 3V version I found the 28 an 40 pin chips. Are there any other (smaller) chips that will work with 3 Volts?
Ideally, I would like a surface mounted Picaxe 8M or 8M2 than I can power with a single cell LiPo

There is a surface mounted (SOIC) 08M2 available.

I have 20X2 and 28X2s working just fine from a sungle LIPO.

The 08M dip and surface mount will run on 3 volts. I've built many circuits using a CR123, 3 volt lithium battery.
