28x2 chip variants

Hi,

I have a couple of 28x2 chips that I purchased from rev-ed about 18 month ago and they are labeled as "PIC18F25K20", I notice that the 28x2's are now labeled "PIC18F25K22.

Does anyone know what the real difference is between these two chip?

I assume very little, just wondering.

Below are the differences in the actual chips.

                      A/D         D/A         8 Bit Timers            16 bit Timers         #UART          SPI            I2C            Cap Touch

PIC18F25K20            10          0               1                        3                 1             1              1                10
PIC18F25K22            17          1               3                        4                 2             2              2                17

Most importantly, the K20s are the 3-volt versions. From the data sheet: Operating Voltage Range: 1.8V to 3.6V
