28x2/40x2 sockets?

does anyone know if there is a socket for the 28x2 and 40x2 chips...

Standard 0.3" 28-pin DIL or standard 0.6" 40-pin DIL sockets will do.

in addition, the 28X2 module (AXE200) uses a 0.6" 28-pin DIL sockets

Keep in mind also that you can also put two 14-pin 0.3" DIP sockets end to end for a 28X1/28X2 chip.
Could be an option if you cannot locate a 28pin 0.3" socket or the cost of same is high.
