20m features?

Is it possible to change any of the defined input pins into outputs on the Picaxe 20m? Also, can any of the pins be configured as bi-directional on this chip or must this be done with a separate input and output pin?

I have searched the picaxe forum for this information without success - it appears there is not much detailed information on the picaxe 20m pins and features. Any suggestions on search terms that might pull up this type of information.
