I decided to upgrade my PicAxe Software from an early version 5.5.x. My virus software immediately removed the new version. I am using Trend Micro Software. The threat it claims is HEU_AEGISCS230. Any ideas why this is happening? Did I miss something?

Thanks Goeytex! That is one of the first things I tried. Also, I have the reset hooked to c.4 so I can control it. Turns out, in my haste, I forgot the pull-up resistors on the I2C bus. UGH! It does work now.
