can anyone help me ?
does my tools is enough ?

Have another read of the SERVO & SERVOPOS commands, they're where you need to start. Also have a look at the pinout for the 08M2 in manual 1, you'll see which pins are outputs and thus which you can use the server on. :)

I assume by USB connacter you mean the AXE027? Or at least similar? Have a look at the Download circuit in Manual 1 for details on how to wire this - you may need a stereo 1/8" Jack socket to plug it into.

Have you purchased the AXE024 board?
Even if not see the Datasheet here:
http://www.picaxe.com/docs/axe024.pdf

This shows how to connect and provides sample PICAXE program code to try.

If you are using a bread board or another project board it is good policy to indicate and if not a Rev Ed manufactured "AXE" board then Provide a link to the corresponding Datasheet (preferred) or website.

I haven't , how many servo that board handle ? can i put infa in there ?

Did you read the Datasheet? It states it can controll 3 Servo-motors.

Okay so IR is also now a requirement. Yes the 08M2 has one pin which can only be an input so you can use that pin. See the 08M2 pinout diagram.

Look at the AXE024 and you will see that pin C.3 (physical leg4) is not connected.

On the side, did you get your 08M project from a year ago operating ?

i see, so i just buy the new AXE024 board , connect the servos, and program it ? and it will run ?
It will run if the program is correct and you connect install all parts correctly (AXE024 is a self assemble kit) and your AXE027 drivers are installed.
Before you buy a new board, please tell what board you already have.
Have you successfully programmed your earlier 08m chip - that will/may indicate if you have the software correct

no, i wrongly soldered the chip and doenst have any board at all.
does AXE024 need to be install to ? AXE027 drivers have been instaled in my pc.

There are no drivers to install for the AXE024 board.

However the AXE024 kit has a board that you must assemble and solder the components onto yourself. From the previously mentioned datasheet:
Assembly Overview:
The servo driver board is a high quality plated through PCB and is therefore relatively straight forward
to assemble. However a number of the electronic components are polarised, so please ensure these
components are fitted the correct way around
before soldering (see table below).
