Short answer: can't do it.

There's no way to recover the program OUT of a programmed chip. Always save your programs on your PC, even if you think the project is "finished". Programs are tiny and take hardly any space on a flash drive or HDD.

well, thats actually not possible in my situation because the laptop broke down
