Two Power Supply

So is this correct? i would just remove the jumpers? connect the v1 to the battery clip(the 9volt thingy)? and solder v2?



v1 would be 4.5V

v2 would be 5V

Yes, to segregate the two power rails for operation at different voltages you are correct – as per the 28 pin project board datasheet.

However a few comments/ questions.

The PICAXE can operate at 5.0V (as well as 4.5V)
Unless you have some serious loads with consequent voltage dips or electrical noise, why are you splitting the power supplies.

because im using 1servo and 2motors,SRF05,LEDs and Piezo Speaker

reasonable right?

i dont mean to brag...but you really sure? im scared because i might fry the thing... thank you for your help men..appreciate it
