Does anyone knows what pin should i use(as serin and serout) if i want to program the pic12f675 using the picaxe programing editor? or will it work?

This won't work, you need to use bootstrapped PICAXE chips (not blank 12F675) with the PICAXE system. Use an 08M, which is based upon the 12F683.
