proposal: picaxe-08m version without brown-out (low power consumtion)

I would really appreciate 08M versions without the brownout bit set, in order to attain the same low power figures (10-20 uA) as the 18X, instead of the current (larger than 100uA) figure. This would enable a new range of solar-cell powered applications for the small form-factor 08M
