"PCI Board" ?

Is it a Rev-Ed board or someone else's ? A manufacturer's part number or something would help.

This would definitely be an awesome project if someone wants to take it on!

PCI spec is a 32-bit databus at 33 Mhz (which means you probably need an FPGA in between).

I actually did have a 28X-1 connected to a custom PCI Express card at one point, but that cost $$$$$ =)

That might be be akin to my Amiga Computer days when I had three CPU’s in the one computer. A 68000 (16bit) , a 68030 (32 bit) and an Intel 80486 (chugg chugg). All modified to the max with double the standard memory and video capacity.

Amiga/Motorola side on Amiga DOS and Intel side on MS DOS + Win 3.1 ran simultaneously all in one case with one keyboard and one monitor. Each “side” had its own video card, own memory and own HDD. A keystroke combination (don’t recall what but like CTRL-Alt-Del) swapped between the two systems/"side" and some home brew logic switched the monitor between the two video cards.
