Missing Reserved Word Files

Getting a lot of people complaining that the upgrade to 5.0.7 doesn't include the reserved words file and they consequently get errors.

Could we have the necessary file included in the upgrade patch please.

This is because they are trying to patch a version too early to patch (e.g. 4.1.9 in the last post on this forum).

These people need to use the full install, as numerous other files will also be out of date.
