Lcd frm010 driver board

Hi,
I am trying to connect a frm010 driver chip from tech supplies to a 20x4 hd44780 lcd, but having trouble. Does anyone have a pcb design that would work with the firmware chip and lcd?

What are the connections to the LCD?

14 x 1?
16 x 1?
7 x 2?
Other?

Or preferably, do you have a link to the datasheet?
