It's March...........

Some Western parts of Britain have apparently resisted the reformed Gregorian calendar, & still use Pope Julian's old Style (OS). It's hence maybe still their February (& no doubt feels like it ..)
 
Not wrong there Stan. I did my snowman this morning with LEDs for eyes. Darn it, I forgot the resistors!

Though the old Druid calendar might rule in some parts as well . . . . :)
 
Lets hope the 28X2 release date doesn't slip too much. I guess here will be the best place to find when it happens!

Tech: 2009's meltdown (& "slash & burn" budgets),mean at least a teaser on X2 prices would be in order...

Maybe there with be to much partying at Rev Ed on the Ide of March =15th of March (the Ide =13th for some other months!)
With a very bright full moon visible as well (here down under at least).
Rev Ed might forget about the X2 release in their merryment. :eek:

At first glance, I thought that was a pic of the X-1, but you actually found a pictuire of it's less famous successor, the X-2! Good job, and pretty darned funny to boot!

Lateness due to Problems

Unfortunately I have bad news re the 28X2. It was due to the new compiler instruction set the the Telephatic interface. Someone made a error in typing and instead of typing

"Terminate Program Immediate"

they typed in

"Terminate Programmer Immediate"

With tragic consequences. Picaxe is currently hiring a new programming team.. :>
 
Between the lines I read then: "Not ready yet" I pressume.... It looks like, maybe I'm wrong, anyone else ? what are the other "normal" questions ? Oh well.....
 
Ayep. Still a couple of weeks to go. You know what the other phrase for "almost late" or "at the last minute" is?

"On time." ;-)
