And also, I have solder on the bottom terminal and I cant get it out I tried copper bands, solder suckers, everything, no luck, any suggestions, should I get an exchange? If so how?

So do you wanna give it back, or get it to work? I'm not quite sure I understand what you want here, as your other topic suggests that you're unhappy with what you've got (sounds pretty strange IMO)

Not quite sure I understand what the problem is but if it's stubborn solder, put on some safety goggles, add some more solder and while still molten use a good short, sharp 'throwing away' action, that usually launches it into orbit. Take necessary precautions to protect furniture and carpet etc from hot flying solder.
