Forum - PM and upload problems

While I have mentioned this in other threads and I know others have had the same problems, are these problems widespread.
- cannot send a PM
- cannot open a new PM (some one must have PM's working as 2 have arrived in my inbox over past couple of days - plus a 3rd sometime today)
- cannot upload any attachments

and . . . any idea when the problems will be rectified?

Same problem here. Looking at all the links at the top, the 'members list' doesn't work for me either.

Same here too...

I could'ent upload a couple of images last night, will try again later. These were perfectly normal JPG images, says invalid!! format.

As far as I know hippy is aware and therefore Technical must be aware.

A little update (progress report type thing) would be nice but I'm sure the Powers that Be are on the job, so we'll await a reply. Otherwise we'll have 1000 posts saying "same here".

The problem is due to the database and attachments trying to take up more space than is currently allocated. We are working on it and adding more space, but people can also help by clearing out any old PMs, particularly ones with larger attachments.!

I didn't know you could put attachments on PMs... how do you do it?

I am sure that they are not going to tell you that right now!! Seeing as they have run out of memory space .

And no, I don't know either.
