Is it possible use one amplifier and many thermocouples?
The idea is take/read value of four thermocouples, like datalogging.
And display it in lcd in four different rows.
Or should I use one amplifier for each probe?
I don't think it would be economically viable to multiplex thermocouples. It would be cheaper to have an amplifier for each one and then multiplex those. The problem is how you would do the cold junction compensation at the switching interface.
