A bit limited but some very cheap prices.

Be aware of carriage costs though.

I just bought some TC4429CPA MOSFET drivers for 10p each.

I'm just adding this to let the MOSFET people (in UK) know.
Even buying 10 and paying a fiver for carriage is worth it.

There are Sanyo FM type and QUASAR combined FM + AM types.

And just when Elektor Mag Jan 2009 has an article on 868MHz experiments for microcontrollers (Article is not PICAXE based though )
