cinverting inputs with the PICAXE 28X IC

On the data sheet for the 28X chip it says that the 8 inputs can be cahnged to 8 digital outputs. Please could you tell le how this is done as i cant find any info on how to do it!! I presume it is something to do with writing the programme in PIC Logicator?

Have you read PICAXE Manual 1 pages 81 and 82 ?
