In the relatively unlikely event of anybody using BBEdit (the default Apple Mac code editor) to edit PICAXE code, I have a PICAXE language plist for it that provides similar code colouring to PE6, if anyone would like a copy.
I'd be interested in that! I don't program PICAXE chips very often anymore, but bbedit is the main editor I use when I do. I currently use the "MicroMite Basic" syntax highlighting, which is generally usable, but it'd be nice to have a proper PICAXE syntax highlighting format. If possible, it'd be great if you could also share it on BBEdit's official list here: https://www.barebones.com/support/bbedit/plugin_library.html
