As with the Programming Editor scanning the source code for #directives to set compilation options, could it also scan the source code for #expand or #collapse directives to control how blocks are initially displayed ? The #collapse would be very useful for big files which are split into sections and saves a few clicks everytime the file is opened.
Even nicer but more work would be a <i>filename.bmk </i> ( or something ) associated with every source file ( same directory as source ) so bookmarks and expansions could be retained for when the file is next opened. A checkbox somewhere to allow the .bmk files to be created or not would make sense.
