Default Simulator in AXEpad?

This should probably be addressed directly to rev-ed, but is anyone aware of any plans to introduce the simulator to either the linux or mac versions of AXEpad?

My main OS is OS X 10.6, but I find that I use the simulator a lot so in order to do that I'm having to run Windows 7 in a VMWare session, but that causes all kinds of weird and wonderful USB-forwarding issues when it comes to programming the PICAXE. It works fine if I boot directly into my Boot Camp partition, but that means I only have access to what I'm writing, and it doesn't allow me to carry on with my normal day-to-day computing stuff at the same time.

So, are there any plans for a simulator in AXEpad?

Many Thanks in advance.
