Drill file not showing in gerber viewers

I have created several PCBs in the past through DesignSpark PCB for SEEEDStudio manufacture but this time I'm having a problem where when I view the Gerber files, via an online Gerber viewer (tried several including SEEEDStudio EasyEDA one on uploading to manufacture) and the drill files are not showing up for any of the boards I want to produce.

I'm using DesignSpark PCB 8.1

It says it can't upload the drill file and says "Loading Excellon file 30mm_PCB.txt failed.
Project does not specify any drill hits"

Is this likely to be a problem for manufacture or is it just a random error. It's happening with 4 boards but not another that I plotted on the same day, so I'm sure the settings are correct in DesignSpark and the file looks like it normally does, as far as I can tell.

Drill file for one board.

Hi no, that's not what I mean. The board is fine. There are no errors.

I have made the Gerber files. When I am loading them into a Gerber viewer to check all is okay, the drill fine is not loading.

What I want to know is, if the drill file is correct and uploaded to SEEED as part of the zip file, does it matter if it's not showing in a Gerber viewer. Is this just a common problem?

I can't answer your question but someone at SEEED may be able to. Perhaps email them with your .zip file and ask them to confirm if the drill file is acceptable or not. Or perhaps ask DesignSpark.

I would have thought DesignSpark would produce industry standard files and that anything intended to show industry standard files would be able to show them if they conformed to that standard. But I don't have any experience with PCB design, the tools or files used.

I have asked on the DesighSpark forum but thought I'd ask here too as don't know how long will take to get a reply.

SEEED are on holiday until tomorrow and tend to be slow to respond. I need to progress these fairly quickly so it's a bit of a nuisance.

I've had a reply from DesignSpark technical support so it might be due to trailing zeros being off. Hopefully that will sort it. The drill file works in one Gerber Viewer he tried but not the free one, so might just be the gerber viewer itself.
