Serial out

Working on a project for Halloween that has 3 MP3 players which will feed 3 talking props. Will any output port transmit a serial command to trigger the MP3 player? It seems to work ok with the simulator but just asking anyway.

I can't see any reason it wouldn't work, no matter which pin is used nor however many.

In general for all PICAXE parts, if the pin can be used as an output then Serout will work on that pin.

There were exceptions/qualification for some older PICAXE parts.
