picaxe in bga form ?

I'm guessing I can't buy picaxe chips in bga fomat ?

The smallest you can get off the shelf is 40x2 in 5x5UQFN package.

Just visit the PICAXE.com website.

All available through hole PICAXE parts are listed here:

It may be possible to deliver a PICAXE in any format available so long as the buyer is willing to purchase a minimum order quantity which justifies tooling costs and costs of set-up and production. That could be a quite expensive proposition but I am sure our sales team would be delighted to discuss the issue if one were serious about that.

Otherwise; no, the PICAXE is not available in BGA format.
