They don't seem to bother each other much. If I'd used IR leds there might have been confusion!You've got so much sound bouncing around in there from two robots, I'm amazed they will do anything but go around in circles!
Intuition and my quick benchtop test say no.As my sharp sensors haven't arrived, I can't find out if IR from a tv remote overwhelms them.
