Feature request midi commands

It would be great to have some midi commands, things like channel, note, system realtime, automatic baud rate set to 31250, possibly some kind of filter to ignore specific data types/ranges and the like to simplify midi projects.

Anyone agree?

An include file with macros would be the way to do this.
