    I cant seem to get linux to recognize the programing cable... Any ideas?

    If you open a terminal and type: lsusb
    ...can you see the "Future Technology" device?

    I have just posted this on the active forum but it may be more appropriate to be in here.

    "Program Editor used with Linux Operating System"

    "I have an old computer that has XP loaded to it and I am considering switching to Linus Mint as an Operating System and was wondering will Program Editor run OK if I use "Wine" which I understand to be for windows programs.
    Anybody able to help me?"
    I also use AXE 027 cable so this may be helpful.
