Dear all,
I've come so far as to test wireless chargers for my little car models. While I'm installing the receiver coils anyway, it got me thinking if I should try and move the program download from my improvised 3-pin connector to something a lot more convenient - NFC (Near Field Communication).
There are ICs that convert and amplify the signal to and from the coils like this one for the receiver end http://www.ti.com/lit/ml/spat182/spat182.pdf and probably many others that I still have to look into.
But first things first - has anyone tried similar and is there anything obviously wrong with the idea?
Thank you for your time,
Edmunds
