Grove and AXE401

Hi,

For our robotics club, we just received some components including a Grove base shield and different Grove modules. We were interested by the capability to quickly add sensors or user interface.

We already use Picaxe and Arduino for our designs. We are thinking of getting some AXE401. Question : does anyone give a try to AXE401 + Grove base shield + Grove modules?

It will work fine with the exception of the i2c sockets, which are not on the PICAXE i2c hardware pins. However you could 'bit-bust' the i2c instead if you needed an i2c sensor.

Thanks for your reply.

As stated in the AXE401.pdf document
It means we publish the shield base circuit schematic and PCB layout
, I am looking for the files containing the circuit to have a look. Where are they located?
