Communication with SCADA PICAXE

Friends, I want to know if a PICAXE to communicate with a SCADA software, such as Intouch, Infilink, Labview, etc. I need to deliver a job at the university in which I l to monitor the PICAXE via one of these tools. If not possible, what alternative would you advise me?, How to handle the PICAXE from a PC?.

I think if any of those programs can handle serial comms then they should be able to talk to (and listen to) the Picaxe...

Depending on which PICAXE you have they can communicate by:-
Serial (RS232)
SPI
I2C (master or slave)

So, if any of your software can use any of those comms, then they can talk to each other.

Labview can certainly talk to a PICAXE.

I particularly liked the support arrangements for the laptop in the pic in the second link. Contrasted with the hi-tech subject and other kit in the pic.
