How To Read Dcc Signals With Picaxe

Hi, Does Anyone Knows How To Read A Dcc Signals With The Picaxer Commands, I Got A Project In Mind I Have Already Solved The Problem With The Motor Controls And The Power Source But I Don't Know How To Read The Dcc Sequence.
